Envotancy is an advisory firm that offers services in real estate, recruitment, admissions, and education. We strive to provide clients with customized professional guidance that meets their individual needs, ensuring that all aspects of your experience are seamless, whether buying, selling, recruiting top talent, or enrolling in an institution of your choice. Envotancy requires you to comply with its Terms and Conditions to engage with the company. As a result of these terms, the company and its clients will understand their obligations and responsibilities to maintain professionalism, transparency, and trust.1. General Provisions
1.1 Introduction to Services
Our company provides a comprehensive range of advisory services to clients from a wide range of industries and geographical locations. In addition to assisting with purchasing, selling, and renting real property, our Real Estate advisors also provide interior design consultations to ensure your home meets your needs. Our Recruitment team finds and onboards the right candidates for companies by completing comprehensive screenings and onboarding processes. Admissions and Education simplifies enrollment for top-tier programs worldwide, from MBAs to MBBSs. Every service we offer comes with extensive industry experience and a commitment to quality.1.2 Eligibility
Users of Envotancy services must comply with the following requirements:
- A person must be 18 or of the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- We expect you to engage with our advisors with accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Assume responsibility for complying with all applicable regulations, laws, and the terms of this document.

Envotancy offers the following services:
- Assistance with Property Buying: Our property consultants assist clients in finding properties that fit their needs, financial situation, and long-term goals. As well as providing comprehensive information about market trends and property values, our team of advisors can also assist with legal matters.
- Support for Property Sellers: We help property owners list, market, and sell their properties at an optimal price. We use a combination of advanced tools and local knowledge to facilitate the sale of properties.

2.2 Client Obligations for Real Estate
Envotancy’s clients who engage its services for real estate must comply with the following requirements:- Give Accurate Information: The client is responsible for furnishing accurate information regarding the ownership status of the property, the legal status of the property, and any existing liabilities.
- Authenticate Documents: We help clients with the due diligence process, but it is the client’s responsibility to verify the validity of the documents on their own.
- Ensure Legal Compliance: A real estate transaction must comply with the laws of the locality, state, and nation. It is the client’s responsibility to provide all necessary information truthfully to avoid any legal disputes.
2.3 Liability Limitations in Real Estate
Envotancy handles real estate transactions exclusively as an advisor to the client. We are not responsible for any disputes, defective property, or ownership discrepancies. When needed, clients should seek legal counsel and conduct independent checks.3. Recruitment Services
Envotancy’s recruiting services are intended to facilitate the match between employers and skilled professionals. We employ a team of recruitment experts who are adept at identifying and matching qualified candidates to each client’s unique needs.3.1 Scope of Recruitment Services
We offer the following recruitment services:- Recruitment and Screening: Our recruitment process identifies, evaluates, and recommends candidates based on their qualifications, industry requirements, and organizational goals. The process involves screening resumes, conducting aptitude tests, and interviewing candidates.
- Personalized Hiring Solutions: We tailor our hiring strategies to meet the specific hiring needs of niche industries in order to ensure that employers and job seekers are matched accordingly.

- Comply with Equal Opportunity Practices: Employers must ensure that antidiscrimination laws are followed when hiring employees.
- Confidentiality: Companies must safeguard candidates’ sensitive information to ensure their privacy.
3.3 Candidate Obligations
To take advantage of Envotancy’s recruitment services, candidates must:- Ensure Accurate Applications: Resumes, reference letters, and all other required documentation must be accurate and complete.
- Candidate Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must qualify and have the necessary experience for the position.
3.4 Limitations of Liability in Recruitment
Envotancy does not guarantee employment or retention. Ultimately, the employer makes the hiring decision. Envotancy is not liable for any disputes between employers and employees.4. Admission and Education Advisory Services
Envotancy makes it easier for students to be admitted to prestigious institutions in the country and abroad. Whatever your academic aspirations, we offer end-to-end guidance customized to meet your needs.4.1 Scope of Education Services
The following are some of our education advisory services:- Education Counseling: After analyzing student profiles, our counsellors suggest educational programs relevant to the student’s career goals and preferences.
- College Admissions: We assist students with the application process to the world’s top colleges and universities, ensuring that deadlines and admission requirements are met.
- Guidance on Scholarships: Our team can help students locate scholarships, grants, and other financial assistance they may qualify for.

4.2 Client Obligations for Education Services
The following are the requirements for clients seeking education advisory services:- Maintain Accurate Academic Records: Submitted documents should be authentic records of coursework, tests, and other coursework information.
- Comply with Institution Guidelines: The client is responsible for complying with all admission requirements outlined by the institution he or she has chosen.
- Compliance with Legal Frameworks: International applicants must comply with the immigration and visa regulations of their home country.
4.3 Limitations of Liability in Education Services
Although Envotancy provides expert guidance, admission to any institute is not guaranteed. The decision to admit students is solely up to the educational institution.5. Payment Terms
5.1 Policy on payments
- It is the client’s responsibility to make full payment before services begin unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Envotancy accepts payments via bank transfer, credit cards, UPI, and other methods according to its requirements.
5.2 Refund Policy
- The refund process will take 7-10 working days for clients residing in India.
- For clients in the United States, the refund process will take 8-15 working days, depending on how the client paid and how the bank handles refunds.
- Envotancy will only issue refunds when services were not initiated or delivered as agreed upon.
Late Payments
The timely payment of Envotancy’s services is critical to ensuring smooth delivery. In the event of late payments, the contract may be terminated, and service interruptions may occur. When payments are late, workflow can be disrupted, deadlines can be missed, and the quality of deliverables can suffer. Envotancy may impose a penalty or additional fees if you pay late. If the delay is prolonged and the agreement specifies interest charges, monthly or weekly penalties may be assessed. If payment delays are anticipated, clients should communicate clearly with Envotancy’s financial team to prevent disruptions. The following are key points for late payments:- Grace Period: Depending on the agreement, Evotancy may offer a grace period for late payments, but the company reserves the right not to do so.
- Interest Charges: Late payments are subject to interest according to client agreements based on daily, weekly, or monthly calculations.
- Service Suspension: Payment delays can result in service suspension pending resolution of the outstanding balance.
- Termination of Services: Clients who fail to pay repeatedly or for an extended period may have their service contract terminated, with all penalties and legal fees borne by the client.
- Legal Recourse: Engagancy reserves the right to file a lawsuit to collect outstanding payments, attorneys’ fees, and collection expenses.
7. Confidentiality
Envotancy is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, emphasizing the protection of individual, professional, and financial information clients provide during engagements. The company has implemented various data protection measures, including encryption and restricted access protocols, to protect client information. A third party will not be allowed to access client data unless Envotancy follows the following protocol:- The client provides written consent.
- Legal requirements or government requests require disclosure.
- Providing information is crucial for fulfilling contractual obligations, such as partnering with trusted providers.
- Data Security Measures: Envotancy employs the most up-to-date encryption and archiving systems to safeguard your confidential data.
- Third-Party Agreements: Information sharing with third parties will be subject to strict nondisclosure agreements.
- Clients’ Responsibility: Clients must safeguard proprietary information Envotancy shares and prevent its unauthorized disclosure.
- Legal Obligations: We can only disclose the information we collect from clients when required by law, such as a court order or subpoena.
- Breach Consequences: Confidentiality breaches may be grounds for termination of services and potentially legal action.
8. Force Majeure
The Envotancy cannot be held responsible for delays, malfunctions, or inability to provide services caused by events outside its control. These events are collectively called “Force Majeure,” but they include, among other things, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, and power grid and telecommunication outages. The Envotancy team will minimize disruptions and keep clients informed during such events. Moreover, clients are reminded that force majeure events may delay or change the delivery schedule of services. A force majeure event that lasts more than 30 days may be terminated at any time by either party without penalty by providing written notice. Points to consider in the event of force majeure:- Defined Events: These include natural disasters, government interventions, labour strikes, technical failures, and pandemics.
- Service Continuity Efforts: In the event of a force majeure, Envotancy will strive to minimize the impact on services and continue to provide them where feasible.
- Limitation of Liability: Neither party is responsible for delays or damages caused by Force Majeure.
- Termination Option: Excessively prolonged Force Majeure events may lead to termination of agreements without penalty.
- Client Communication: Any Force Majeure event that causes delays or disruptions will be promptly reported to clients.
9. Dispute Resolution
The Envotancy endeavours to maintain professional and transparent relationships with its clients. A dispute is unlikely, but both parties are encouraged to negotiate a peaceful resolution. If negotiations fail, arbitration or legal proceedings will resolve the dispute.Resolution of Disputes:
- Negotiation: It is critical to start a dispute resolution process with open and honest communication. Both parties must attempt to resolve the dispute within 15 days of it becoming known.
- Arbitration: If the negotiation does not succeed, Indian clients will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. In the case of international clients, arbitration will be conducted according to the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction as specified in the service contract.
- Legal Procedures: If parties cannot resolve their dispute through arbitration, they can take it to court. The applicable laws of the jurisdiction in question will conduct a legal proceeding.
- Jurisdiction: Domestic disputes will be governed by Indian law, while international disputes are governed by mutual agreement.
- Arbitrator Selection: We’ll pick neutral arbitrators based on the client and Envotancy’s agreement.
- Costs: Unless otherwise specified by the arbitrator or the court, each party is responsible for legal and arbitration costs.
- Binding Decisions: Both parties will be obligated to follow arbitration decisions, which ensures a final resolution.
- Good Faith Clause: Although the dispute resolution process is collaborative, both parties are required to cooperate and act in good faith.
